How do I clean the Neko Flow?
Cleaning your Neko Flow is quick and simple!
- The Main Unit: After removing the water pump, you can pop the stainless steel water tank and top cover right into the dishwasher, or wash them by hand with warm, soapy water.
- The Faucet: Use the included cleaning brush to easily scrub the inside of the faucet spout.
- The Pump Maintenance: To keep things running smoothly, we recommend cleaning the pump every two weeks. Just take off the pump cover and impeller cap, and use your cleaning brush to clean out the motor.
How often do I need to replace the filter?
For the freshest sips, we recommend changing your Neko Flow filter every 2–4 weeks.
That timeframe can shrink a little depending on your furry friend's lifestyle! You might want to change it closer to the 2-week mark if you have a multi-cat household, a gorgeous long-haired fluffball, or a little troublemaker who loves playing and splashing in the water.
How quiet is the pump?
